ABOUT Kelan’s gift
One of the key catalysts for the Tony Quinn Foundation to fund Street Smart, and to resurrect us from hibernation in 2024 was the unfortunate passing of Kelan Stroud in a car crash in Central Otago.
The Stroud family did not want Kelan’s passing to be in vain and have been incredibly strong and determined over the past year. They have being working with us to create change and fundraise to put as many local young drivers through the Street Smart programme as possible.
